1. General Conditions of Sale for purchases made online on the website www.gtwo.it
1.2 Commercial policy

When we speak of "Consumer" we refer to any natural person, of age, who acts on www.gtwo02.eu for purposes not related to his own commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity possibly carried out. Sales are retail and for personal use only. www.gtwo02.eu , therefore, limits orders to four (4) copies of the same reference, with a limit of fifteen (15) products that can be purchased by the same Consumer in the same order. These Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on www.gtwo02.eu between the users of www.gtwo02.eu and the Seller himself. On the other hand, the Conditions of Sale do not regulate the supply of services or the sale of products by parties other than the Seller, which may be present on www.gtwo02.eu through links, banners or other hypertext links. 2. Purchase procedure
2.1. The forwarding of the order by the Consumer implies, for the same, an obligation to pay; this obligation is expressly accepted and recognized by the Consumer. The Consumer is invited to select the chosen Product (s) and to add it (s) to the shopping cart by clicking on "add to cart". At any time, the Consumer can proceed with the elimination of each Product within the display page of their shopping cart, by going to the shopping cart icon available on each page of the online Boutique www.gtwo02.ei . At this point, he can check the details of his order, find any errors made in the part relating to the compilation of personal data and, therefore, correct them. Since the creation of the account is linked to the forwarding of an order, registration is reserved only for people who provide a delivery address in the Territory. The registration of an account will give access to a personal space that will allow, specifically, the follow-up of orders, as well as access to invoices. 3. Conclusion of the contract and delivery of the products
3.2 The Consumer must fill in the order form in electronic format and send it to the Seller, electronically, following the relative instructions.
3.3 The order form contains a reference to the Conditions of Sale and the Return Policy, and a summary of the information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the relative price (including all applicable taxes or duties), of the means of payment that can be used to purchase each product and the methods of delivery of the products purchased, of
shipping and delivery costs, the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal and the methods and times for returning the purchased products.
3.4 The contract is concluded when the Seller receives the order form electronically, after verifying the correctness of the data relating to the order itself.

In these cases, the Seller will inform the Consumer by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that the Seller has not carried out the purchase order, specifying the reasons. 3.9 G-TWO reserves the right to refuse orders from Consumers with whom there is an ongoing dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
3.10 With the electronic transmission of the order form, the Consumer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe these Conditions of Sale in relations with the Seller. 4. Guarantees, prices, shipping costs and delivery times
The Seller does not sell second-hand products, flawed products or products of lower quality than the corresponding standards offered on the market.
4.2 The Products offered for sale on the "G-TWO" Online Boutique are described and presented with the greatest possible precision (technical specifications, images, size, composition, etc.). However, the Consumer is invited to refer to the description of each Product available, by clicking on each product sheet, in order to know its properties and particularities with specific reference to the characteristics sought, being the choice and purchase of a Product under his own

4.3 The price of the goods is expressed only in Euro currency.
4.4 Product prices may be subject to updates. Make sure of the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.
4.5 Purchase requests from countries other than the one selected for shipping or to addresses to which the Seller cannot ship will not be accepted by the Seller.
4.6 All products come with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal. It is requested not to remove the tag and the relative seal from the purchased products of which they form an integral part.
4.7 The Seller, in case of exercise of the Consumer's right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that do not have the relative tag or that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.
4.8 The Consumer is required to pay the price published on the check-out page at the time the order is sent. The indicated price is final and inclusive of VAT (in Italy) and any shipping costs. Orders will be processed and / or shipped by the Seller in the days from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 13:30. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the first following working day.
4.9 The shipping costs of the products in Italy amount to Euro 5.00; while, for orders of an amount equal to or greater than the sum of Euro 149.99, the shipping costs are free. The shipping costs of the products in Europe amount to Euro 29.99; the shipping costs of products to other countries in the world vary according to the destination. 5.5 If the indicated account does not have the necessary funds to proceed with the purchase and the payment request is therefore rejected, the contract is understood to be in effect not concluded.
6. Application of promotional vouchers
• they can have a value expressed in% or at a fixed amount; • they cannot be purchased by Consumers, but are only offered by G-TWO as part of promotional campaigns; • can be used for a limited period of validity.
Some promotional vouchers can be applied to the full amount of the goods in the virtual cart, others, however, will only be applicable to the single product.
Promotional vouchers can be used:
• only once in relation to a single order; • within the specified validity period.
Furthermore, it is possible that for the purchase of some products the possibility of using promotional vouchers is excluded or that the use of a promotional voucher is subject to a minimum amount of expenditure. If the amount of the promotional voucher is not sufficient to cover the value of the product / s ordered, the difference can be paid using the methods indicated in the previous art. 4. Promotional vouchers cannot be combined for the same order or transferred to third parties, but can only be used if the order is finalized. Furthermore, they cannot be used retroactively. If in the course of the order the Consumer had used a promotional voucher and the total value of the order should be lower than the value of the promotional voucher, the Seller reserves the right to invoice the original price of the goods that remain in the possession of the Consumer. The Seller may condition the use of the aforementioned vouchers to the achievement of a minimum expense threshold for which shipping costs are to be considered excluded.
7. Cancellation of the order
7.1. Once the payment is made, the Consumer does not have the possibility to modify his order, but he always has the possibility to activate his right of withdrawal, according to the methods described below. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to execute the order in the event of a conflict with the Consumer and there until the end of the conflict itself. In the aforementioned cases, the Consumer will receive an e-mail notification regarding the cancellation of the order and will be reimbursed for the amount that, if applicable, he will have paid before the cancellation of his order by the Seller.
8. Receipt of products
8.1. At the time of delivery of the order, the Consumer must check the conformity and status of his order in the presence of the carrier and provide, if necessary, any observation relating to apparent defects (missing product, damaged package, etc.). 9. Right of withdrawal
9.1. Pursuant to art. 49 and ss. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005) the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reasons within and no later than 14 days from the day on which the Consumer or a third party, other than the carrier, comes into possession of the purchased good. In order to correctly exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer can:

9.2. The right of withdrawal is exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met:
a) the withdrawal request must be correctly sent to the Seller within fifteen (14) days from the delivery date; b) the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged; c) the identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal. Otherwise, the Seller reserves the right to withhold the products and the corresponding amount for the purchase of the products themselves.
9.3. The goods must be sent in compliance with the following methods:
• properly packaged in their original packaging, not ruined, damaged or soiled and equipped with all accessories and documentation and without obvious signs of use;
• equipped with the original transport document (present in the original packaging), in order to allow the Seller to uniquely identify the Consumer (Order number, name, surname and address).
If the methods and times indicated above for the withdrawal are not respected, the Seller reserves the right not to accept the return and not to make the refund.
9.4 The refund will be made using the same payment instrument used by the Customer during the purchase and the shipping costs for returning the goods are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
10. RETURN OF PRODUCTS
10.1. The Consumer has the right to return the product (s) to the Seller without having to provide any reasons, as provided for in the terms and conditions established in the following art. 10.
Please note that returns are possible up to 14 days from the date of shipment.

10.3 Terms and Conditions for the return.

11 Refund times and methods
11.1 After the Seller has received the return and checked that all the requirements have been met, the Consumer will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return. Whatever the payment method used, the refund is activated by the Seller as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, once it has been verified that the withdrawal took place in compliance with the above conditions.
11.2 The actual time for crediting or returning the sums paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used. If the aforementioned methods for the withdrawal and the return of the goods are not respected, the Seller reserves the right not to accept the withdrawal and not to make the refund, without prejudice to compliance with the legal obligations against him. If the methods and times indicated above for the return of the goods are not respected, the Seller reserves the right not to accept the return and not to refund.
